Upon Registration, you will receive an option to Browse our Assistants and place an Order specific to your needs.

On successful submission of your registration details, you will receive a verification link at your email ID. Please click that activation URL sent to your inbox, after which your account will be verified with us.

You can subsequently login with your registered email ID and password.

Just in case, you do not receive an email activation link, do write to us at, and our team will guide you further.

Yes. You can directly request for a quote as per your specific requirements through the website. Once you fill in your details and upload your document, our representatives will contact you at the earliest possible time with an estimate of the total cost involved in your work.

You can convert your quote, generated in US Dollars, to your local currency through online currency conversion websites or can mail us at, and we will help you with the issue.

The Prices are an approximation of the rates charged by most of our consultants. Although, they may vary as per the assistant and service you choose, once you create your account with us.

We have created an easy to use search panel where you can sort the list of assistants on the basis of their skills, star ratings, hourly rates charged, their work experience and the country they belong to. Basis this sorting, you can select a consultant that best suit your requirements.

You can also hire more than one assistant for a separate work.

You will have to register yourself and place an order to communicate with any assistant. As the assistant reviews and takes on your assigned work, a Message Board in your user account will get activated, where you can send your queries to the selected consultant. You can also view the assistant's replies on the same Message Board.

Another advantage of this Message Board is that, at the same time, you can interact with as many assistants you have hired for your work. You just have to select the unique Order ID generated for each order placed by you.

We respect privacy and guarantee to safeguard your information. On every project, we get a Non-Disclosure agreement signed with our assistants so as to keep your details confidential.

You can easily make your order payment through our integrated online payment system.

We use a trustworthy and secure online payment gateway where your details remain confidential and safe with us, and are not leaked out to any third party.

You can view and download the auto-generated Invoice for your order under the 'View Order History' section of your user dashboard.

You can download the completed file from the Reports section under the heading 'Download Report', where you have access to 'View Comment' sent by your consultant.

You can also reply to the expert's messages through the 'Reply' button.

Our assistants get a thorough understanding of your requirements through the Message Board before they commence your project. So, there are hardly any chances for revisions. But still, in case you require some modifications in your final document, you can either mail us the required changes at, or can inform about the same to your assistant over the Message Board.

Please note that the Board stays active only up to 48 hours after your order is completed.
