One way to contact our team is through the request a quote form, whereby we will provide you an estimate price for your required services. Just give us your personal information and your project requirement details. One of our representatives will reply you in the quickest possible time.
Register as a New User
A registered user can enjoy all the benefits from browsing through expert assistants to communicating them online; and everything for free.
So, a better chance to simplify your complexities is a New Customer Registration. This quick process can be executed 2 simple steps.
Step 1 Fill in the Registration Form: We hardly take a couple of minutes from your busy schedule to get you registered with us. This brief form prompts you to fill your first and the last Name, your Email ID, Country, Contact No., Password and the Captcha.
Don't forget to read and agree to our simplified terms of service.
All you are left with is a click at the 'Submit' button.
Step 2 Email Activation: The successful submission of your registration details will bring to your email ID, an auto-generated mail with a verification link. Please click on the link and activate your account with us.
This verification link will directly take you to your user dashboard. And with our easy-to-use interface, you can get all your queries resolved with our wide-range of support services.
Holding an account is amazing!: Congratulations! Now that you are a registered user with us, you can unlock your account anywhere, anytime with your email ID and Password.
Turn choosy with our numerous options
Account holders can browse through a long list of assistants, in association with us, and can choose the one that fits their requirements. We provide a prompt search bar to ease your search for the right assistant. You can refine your list using the following criteria:
Price Filter: Choose your appropriate price range from the Price Per Hour search section.
Refine through Country: You can also do a country wise search for an assistant. For which, you can type the name of your country in the search box.
Select via Skills: From a mélange of skills and services, select the ones specific to your research project. You can choose for more than one skill at a time and get an assistant that offers everything you need.
Filter by Experience: The option will sort the list of assistants as per their work experiences.
Choose by Rating: Refine your list to hire an assistant with the highest star rating.
View before you Order: Your sorted list is on your screen, giving you brief details about the experts like their star rating, country and their experience. Click the name of the assistant and you can access their detailed profile such that their skills and their academic and work description.
Scanning through their profile will help you decide wisely, as to which expert you should hire for your work.
Place your Order now: You can select the number of hours for which you need support in this section. The suggestive time period you must opt, for our experts to understand and work on your requirements, is a minimum of 8 hours. The section will highlight your Order Amount for the total number of hours you choose.
Now, select your deadline, upload your document and you can move ahead to our payment gateway.
Please make a note that through our user account, we allow you to hire more than one expert at a time for different work needs. A separate Order ID will be generated for each order.
Keep Track of your Work: On successful payment of your order, you can check out the View Order History section of your account which will allow you to view your complete order details. This comprehensive panel describes your Order ID, Order Date, Hours Purchased, Hours Left and the Status of your work.
You can also download your Order Invoice in the .pdf format.
Chat with your assistant: As and when the assistant takes on your project, your Message Board will get activated. This online platform lets you resolve your queries and interact with your hired assistant. You just have to select your Order ID (in case, you have placed more than one order), and can send messages to your expert.
Get your completed file: Through the Reports panel of your account, you can download the final work document. You can review the same and can even ask for any required revisions from the Message Board.
Once your order is completed, we provide you 24 hours to chat or message your assistant regarding any modifications. After a day's time, your Message Board deactivates again.
All through the process, if you face any issue, you can directly send a mail to our team at email@example.com, and we will reply you as early as possible.
